About the PPG

The surgery would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive the Practice and the staff. The main aim of the PPG is to provide effective communication between the staff and the patients of Banbury Cross Health Centre and to support the practice by improving services.

Get Involved

We are always looking for new members to join our group. We aim for our group to be as representative as possible of the diverse patient population. We meet monthly at the practice, with other practice members, including Senior Management and GP Partners often in attendance.

If you would like to influence the provision of services and participate, please complete the online sign-up form. You will need to be a registered patient with Banbury Cross Health Centre and be available to attend the monthly meetings.

Please note that the PPG cannot become involved in matters of a specifically medical, clinical or personal nature.
